Method
- Add instant coffee, sugar, and hot water to a bowl and whisk using a hand whisk or electric mixer for 3 minutes until thick and fluffy.
- Fill a glass with milk using a measuring cup. Use cold milk for iced or warm milk for hot.
- Spoon the whipped coffee on top of the milk using a spoon.
- Stir before drinking using the spoon to mix foam and milk.
Notes
- Instant coffee is required. Brewed coffee will not whip.
- Use an electric mixer if hand whisking feels tiring.
- Adjust sugar, but keep ratios equal for proper whipping.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
