Method
- Wash, peel, and chop all fruits and vegetables using a knife and cutting board.
- Add orange, lemon, carrot, cucumber, apple, ginger and water into the blender or juicer jar.
- Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth, using a tamper if needed.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer with a spatula for a smoother texture, if desired.
- Serve immediately, chilled or with ice.
Notes
- Adjust water for thinner juice.
- Add a pinch of turmeric for an extra health boost.
- Skip apple for a lower-sugar version.
