Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Pineapple Juice chilled
  • 2 oz Coconut Cream
  • 1 oz Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Crushed Ice
  • Pineapple wedge for garnish
  • Maraschino cherry for garnish

Method
 

  1. Chill a hurricane glass in the freezer while preparing the drink.
  2. Add pineapple juice, coconut cream, coconut milk, and crushed ice to a blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth, thick, and creamy with no ice chunks.
  4. Pour the frozen mixture into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.

Notes

  • Use full-fat coconut cream and blend until very smooth. The richness gives the drink body similar to a classic cocktail.
  • Serve in a hurricane glass to show off its creamy, tropical frozen texture and vibrant presentation.
