- Add milk, ube halaya, vanilla extract and sugar to a blender and blend for 15 seconds until fully smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat on low until warm, stirring with a spatula.
- Brew espresso or strong coffee using a coffee maker.

- Slowly add the warm ube milk and stir gently with a spoon.
Notes
- Blend ube with milk first to avoid grainy texture.
