Method
- Wash all vegetables and chop them using a knife and cutting board.
- Add tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, celery, lemon juice, salt and water into the blender jar.
- Blend on high for about 60 seconds until completely smooth using a blender.
- Pour directly into a glass or strain through a fine mesh strainer using a spatula for a smoother juice.
- Serve fresh and chilled.
Notes
- Add more water if the juice feels too thick.
- Use low-sodium salt or skip salt for a detox-style version.
- Blend longer if your blender is not high-powered.
