Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz Chilled Chamomile Tea
  • 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lavender Syrup
  • 1 oz Coconut Water chilled
  • Ice cubes fresh and clear
  • Lemon twist for garnish
  • Small lavender sprig for garnish

Method
 

  1. Chill a coupe glass in the freezer while preparing the drink.
  2. Add chamomile tea, lemon juice, lavender syrup, and coconut water to a cocktail shaker.
  3. Fill with ice and shake gently for 8–10 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe glass over fresh ice if desired.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist and a small lavender sprig.
