- Pat spinach dry paper towels total. Mince garlic knife.
- Melt 2 tbsp butter large skillet medium-high wooden spoon 30 seconds. Add garlic. Stir 20 seconds fragrant light gold.
- Add spinach batches. Toss wooden spoon 2 minutes high heat till wilted glossy tender. Season salt pepper.
- Stir lemon juice 10 seconds bright. Serve hot immediate.
