Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp Land O'Lakes butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional

Equipment

  • Large nonstick skillet
  • Wooden spoon
  • Paper towels

Method
 

  1. Pat spinach dry paper towels total. Mince garlic knife.​
  2. Melt 2 tbsp butter large skillet medium-high wooden spoon 30 seconds. Add garlic. Stir 20 seconds fragrant light gold.​
  3. Add spinach batches. Toss wooden spoon 2 minutes high heat till wilted glossy tender. Season salt pepper.​
  4. Stir lemon juice 10 seconds bright. Serve hot immediate.

Notes

  • Dry spinach or steams soggy fail.
  • Garlic 20 sec tops no bitter.
  • High heat quick keeps color bite. Butter unsalted controls salt.
