Ingredients

  • 3 large scoops Premium Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk cold
  • 2 tbsp Red Velvet Cake Crumbs moist, fine texture
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cream Cheese softened
  • Red Food Coloring gel-based
  • Whipped Cream for topping
  • Red Velvet Cake Crumbs for garnish

Equipment

  • High-speed blender
  • Tall Parfait Glass
  • Long Spoon
  • Straw

Method

  1. Chill a tall glass in the freezer for 10 minutes to keep the milkshake thick.
  2. Pour cold Whole Milk into the blender canister.
  3. Add Cream Cheese, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Red Velvet Cake Crumbs, and Red Food Coloring.
  4. Blend for 20 seconds until smooth and evenly colored.
  5. Add Premium Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
  6. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until thick, creamy, and velvety.
  7. Pour into the chilled glass.
  8. Top with whipped cream and finish with a sprinkle of Red Velvet Cake Crumbs.

Notes

Blending the cream cheese with the liquid first prevents lumps and gives that signature red velvet smoothness.
