Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Brewed espresso
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Pistachio paste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Coffee maker
  • Saucepan

Method
 

  1. Add milk, pistachio paste, sugar and vanilla extract to a blender and blend for 20 seconds until fully smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat on low, stirring with a spatula until warm.
  3. Brew espresso using a coffee maker.
  4. Pour hot coffee into a mug.
  5. Add the warm pistachio milk and stir gently with a spoon.

Notes

  • Always blend pistachio with milk first to avoid grainy texture.
  • Oat milk adds natural sweetness and extra creaminess.
  • Use pistachio syrup for lighter flavor, paste for richer taste.
  • Serve hot or iced.
