Method
- Wash, peel, and chop all ingredients using a knife and cutting board.
- Add pineapple, ginger, cucumber, lemon, apple, and water into the blender or juicer jar.
- Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth. Use a tamper if needed.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer with a spatula for a smoother texture, if desired.
- Serve immediately, chilled or with ice.
Notes
- Add more water for a thinner juice.
- Skip apple for lower sugar content.
- Mint leaves can be added for a refreshing twist.
