Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 cup cold water

Equipment

  • Blender or Juicer

Method
 

  1. Wash, peel, and chop all ingredients using a knife and cutting board.
  2. Add pineapple, ginger, cucumber, lemon, apple, and water into the blender or juicer jar.
  3. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth. Use a tamper if needed.
  4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer with a spatula for a smoother texture, if desired.
  5. Serve immediately, chilled or with ice.

Notes

  • Add more water for a thinner juice.
  • Skip apple for lower sugar content.
  • Mint leaves can be added for a refreshing twist.
