Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk almond, dairy or oat
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt optional for extra creaminess
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup only if you want it sweeter

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Add milk to the blender first.
  2. Add frozen banana chunks and optional yogurt.
  3. Add peanut butter, protein powder, oats or chia seeds.
  4. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth and thick.
  5. Pour and enjoy your creamy shake.

Notes

  • Use more frozen banana or add 3–4 ice cubes for thicker smoothie
  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or a few drops of vanilla.
  • Freeze banana overnight for the best milkshake texture.
