Ingredients
  

  • 2 large oranges
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1 small apple
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup cold water or coconut water

Equipment

  • Blender or Juicer

Method
 

  1. Wash, peel, and chop all fruits and ginger using a knife and cutting board.
  2. Add oranges, pineapple, apple, ginger and water/coconut water into the blender or juicer jar.
  3. Blend on high for 1 minutes until smooth, using a tamper if needed.
  4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer with a spatula for smoother juice, if desired.
  5. Serve immediately, chilled or with ice.

Notes

  • Adjust water for thinner consistency.
  • Skip apple for lower sugar.
  • Add a pinch of turmeric or mint for extra flavor and health benefits.
