Loaded deli sandwich with turkey, ham, roast beef, melty Swiss and Muenster cheeses, and tangy Dijonnaise on a crusty roll. Broiled for bubbly perfection.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 crusty sandwich roll split
  • 1 Tbsp Dijonnaise or mix ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard + ½ Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 slices deli turkey
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
  • 2 slices deli ham
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 slices deli roast beef
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1 slice Muenster cheese
  • Thin red onion slices optional

  • Aluminum foil
  • Knife

  • Broiler-safe pan or rack

Method
 

  1. Set oven rack 6 inches from broiler. Preheat broiler. Line baking sheet with foil.
  2. Place roll halves cut-side up on baking sheet. Spread Dijonnaise on one half. Layer turkey, Swiss cheese, and ham on top.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on the other half. Layer roast beef, tomato slices, and Muenster cheese on top. Add red onion if using.
  4. Broil open-faced 4 minutes until cheeses melt, bubble, and ham edges crisp. Watch closely to avoid burning.
  5. Remove from oven. Close sandwich halves together. Serve hot.

  • Use a crusty roll like hoagie or onion bun for best texture.
  • Broil on high but stay close cheese bubbles fast.
  • For extra Italian flavor, use Italian-seasoned roast beef.
  • Add avocado or oregano for twist.
  • Best fresh; reheat in oven if needed.
