Method
- Wash, peel, and chop all fruits and vegetables using a knife and cutting board.
- Add carrot, pineapple, orange, cucumber, ginger, lemon juice and water into the blender or juicer jar.
- Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth, using a tamper if needed.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer with a spatula for smoother juice, if desired.
- Serve immediately, chilled or with ice.
Notes
- Add more water for thinner juice.
- Skip ginger for milder flavor.
- Mint leaves can enhance freshness and flavor.
