Ingredients
  

  • 3 large scoops Premium Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk cold
  • 1 1/2 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder ceremonial grade
  • Whipped Cream for topping
  • Matcha Powder for garnish

Equipment

  • High-speed blender
  • Tall Parfait Glass
  • Long Spoon

Method
 

  1. Chill a tall glass in the freezer for 10 minutes to keep the milkshake thick.
  2. Pour cold Whole Milk into the blender canister.
  3. Add Matcha Green Tea Powder and blend for 10 seconds until fully dissolved and smooth.
  4. Add Premium Vanilla Bean Ice Cream on top.
  5. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until creamy with a smooth green swirl.
  6. Pour the milkshake into the chilled glass.
  7. Top with whipped cream and lightly dust with Matcha Powder before serving.

Notes

Blending matcha with milk first prevents clumps and keeps the texture silky.
