Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice optional for thicker texture

Method
 

  1. Pour milk into the blender. Add yogurt
  2. Add mango chunks into the blender
  3. Add honey and vanilla using measuring spoons.
  4. Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds until the mix looks smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass. Texture should be cold, thick and smooth.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge up to 24 hours. Shake or blend again before drinking.
  • Use coconut milk for a stronger tropical flavor.
  • Add a scoop of protein powder to make it a breakfast meal.
  • Use fresh mango if you want a lighter texture.
  • Add a pinch of cardamom for a fun flavor twist.
