Method
- Chill a coupe glass in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Combine gin, dry vermouth, lemon juice, simple syrup and orange bitters in a mixing glass.
- Fill with ice and stir gently for 20 seconds to chill without aerating.
- Strain into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a thin lemon twist, expressing oils over the surface before placing it on the rim.
