Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over the salmon.
In a small bowl, mix honey, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, lemon juice, and melted butter using a spoon.
Stir until the glaze looks smooth and glossy.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Brush half the hot honey glaze over the salmon using a basting brush.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Brush the remaining glaze on top and place under the broiler for 1–2 minutes to caramelize.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the salmon rest for 2 minutes.
