- Cook the egg noodles in salted boiling water until tender. Drain well and set aside for classic cabbage and noodles texture.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onion and cook until soft and lightly golden.
- Add shredded cabbage and cook stirring occasionally until wilted browned and slightly sweet like traditional fried cabbage noodles.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss gently until everything is coated in butter and evenly combined.
- Season with salt and black pepper then cook another 2 minutes to blend flavors.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped parsley before serving.

Let the cabbage sit undisturbed briefly while cooking to develop caramelized edges and deeper flavor.
