  • ½ ripe avocado.
  • 1 cup fresh spinach packed.

  • 1 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness.

Notes

  • Storage: Best fresh. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 24 hours in an airtight container. Shake or stir before drinking.
  • Reheat: Do not heat. If it separates, blend again with a splash of milk. Use a blender.
  • Variations: Swap almond milk for oat milk. Use 1 scoop vanilla protein powder for extra protein. Add 1 tbsp chia seeds for fiber. Use 1 tsp matcha for milder taste or 1½ tsp for stronger matcha kick.
  • Safety tips: If using a high-power blender, avoid overfilling the jar. Use the lid and hold it down while blending.
  • Health note: Matcha is high in antioxidants (EGCG) and contains L-theanine, which can promote calm alertness. Matcha also supplies a gentle caffeine boost. Limit matcha to 1–2 tsp per day depending on sensitivity.
