Green Apple Kale Juice

A crisp, refreshing green detox juice made with green apple, lemon and ginger. Light, clean,

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 green apples cored and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh kale stems removed and packed
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ inch fresh ginger

Equipment

  • High-speed blender

Method
 

  1. Add cold water to the blender.
  2. Add chopped green apples, kale leaves and ginger.
  3. Secure lid and blend on high for 60 seconds until fully smooth.
  4. Pour the juice through a strainer or nut milk bag into a glass using a spatula to press gently.
  5. Stir in lemon juice using a spoon and serve fresh.

Notes

  • If it tastes too bitter, add half an extra apple and re-blend.
  • For thinner juice, add a splash more water before blending.
  • Use a tamper if kale sticks near the blade.
  • Drink immediately for best color and nutrients.
