Method
- Add cold water to the blender.
- Add chopped green apples, kale leaves and ginger.
- Secure lid and blend on high for 60 seconds until fully smooth.
- Pour the juice through a strainer or nut milk bag into a glass using a spatula to press gently.
- Stir in lemon juice using a spoon and serve fresh.
Notes
- If it tastes too bitter, add half an extra apple and re-blend.
- For thinner juice, add a splash more water before blending.
- Use a tamper if kale sticks near the blade.
- Drink immediately for best color and nutrients.
