Method
- Chill a coupe glass in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Combine vodka, raspberry liqueur and pineapple juice in a shaker tin.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the outside frosts over.
- Double strain into the chilled coupe to remove ice shards.
- Garnish with a single fresh raspberry dropped gently into the center.
Notes
- Shake hard to create a light foam on top, adding a velvety texture to each sip.
