Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Snap stem ends off green beans using hands. Pat dry paper towels.
  2. Preheat oven 425°F. Line baking sheet foil or parchment. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper in bowl using measuring spoons.
  3. Toss green beans in garlic butter bowl till shiny coated.
  4. Spread beans single layer baking sheet. Roast middle rack 18 minutes till blistered charred spots tender-crisp. Toss tongs halfway.
  5. Pull sheet. Drizzle lemon juice. Toss serve hot.

Notes

  • Single layer blisters key; pile steams soggy. Mince garlic fine no burn chunks.
  • High heat chars flavor; 450°F amps crisp 2 minutes extra.
  • Fridge 2 days, reheat air fryer 400°F 4 minutes.
