Method
- Pour almond milk (or coconut water) into the blender
- Add frozen spinach, frozen mango and frozen mixed berries into the blender.
- Sprinkle chia seeds, ground flax seeds and spirulina powder and cinnamon.
- Secure the lid and blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth. Use a tamper if needed to push ingredients down for even blending.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, reduce the amount of liquid or add more frozen fruits. You can adjust the sweetness by adding stevia or a bit of honey, but make sure it fits within the Daniel Fast guidelines.
