Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • Measuring spoons

Method
 

  1. Snap stem ends off green beans using hands. Pat dry paper towels.
  2. Preheat oven 425°F. Line baking sheet parchment. Toss beans with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper in bowl using measuring spoons till shiny.
  3. Spread beans single layer baking sheet. Sprinkle parmesan even over tops using measuring spoons.
  4. Roast middle rack 22 minutes till beans tender-crisp, parmesan golden browned spots. Flip tongs halfway even char.
  5. Pull sheet. Sprinkle lemon zest. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Single layer key crisp not steam. Fresh grate parmesan melts best.
  • Don't skip parchment; direct sheet sticks cheese.
  • Air fryer 400°F 12 minutes shake halfway. Fridge 2 days reheat 425°F 5 minutes.
