- Snap stem ends off green beans using hands. Pat dry paper towels.
- Preheat oven 425°F. Line baking sheet parchment. Toss beans with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper in bowl using measuring spoons till shiny.
- Spread beans single layer baking sheet. Sprinkle parmesan even over tops using measuring spoons.
- Roast middle rack 22 minutes till beans tender-crisp, parmesan golden browned spots. Flip tongs halfway even char.
- Pull sheet. Sprinkle lemon zest. Serve hot.
Notes
- Single layer key crisp not steam. Fresh grate parmesan melts best.
- Don't skip parchment; direct sheet sticks cheese.
- Air fryer 400°F 12 minutes shake halfway. Fridge 2 days reheat 425°F 5 minutes.
