Method
- Wash, peel and chop all citrus fruits and ginger using a knife and cutting board.
- Add orange, grapefruit, lemon, ginger, honey and water into the blender or juicer jar.
- Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth, using a tamper if needed.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer with a spatula for smoother juice, if desired.
- Serve immediately, chilled or with ice.
Notes
- Adjust water for thinner consistency.
- Skip honey for a zero-sugar version.
- Add mint leaves for extra freshness.
