Ingredients
  

  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 grapefruit
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Equipment

  • Blender or Juicer
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Fine mesh strainer (optional)

Method
 

  1. Wash, peel and chop all citrus fruits and ginger using a knife and cutting board.
  2. Add orange, grapefruit, lemon, ginger, honey and water into the blender or juicer jar.
  3. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth, using a tamper if needed.
  4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer with a spatula for smoother juice, if desired.
  5. Serve immediately, chilled or with ice.

Notes

  • Adjust water for thinner consistency.
  • Skip honey for a zero-sugar version.
  • Add mint leaves for extra freshness.
