Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth infused with Cocoa Nibs
  • 1 dash Chocolate Bitters
  • Large Clear Ice Cube

Equipment

  • Mixing Glass
  • Bar spoon
  • Jigger
  • Julep strainer

Method
 

  1. Place a rocks glass in the freezer to chill.
  2. Add gin, Campari, cocoa-infused sweet vermouth and chocolate bitters to a mixing glass.
  3. Fill the mixing glass with cold, dense ice.
  4. Stir gently for 25–30 seconds until well chilled and properly diluted.
  5. Strain over a large clear ice cube in the chilled rocks glass.
  6. Express a wide orange peel over the drink, rubbing the oils along the rim, then place it neatly in the glass.

Notes

  • Lightly toast cocoa nibs before infusing the vermouth to deepen chocolate notes without adding sweetness.
