Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe Avocado peeled and pitted
  • 3 large scoops Premium Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk cold
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
  • Whipped Cream for topping
  • Cocoa Powder for garnish

  • Tall Parfait Glass
  • Long Spoon

Method
 

  1. Chill a tall glass in the freezer for 10 minutes to keep the milkshake thick.
  2. Pour cold Whole Milk into the blender canister.
  3. Add ripe Avocado, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, and Chocolate Syrup.
  4. Blend for 20 seconds until the mixture looks smooth and glossy.
  5. Add Premium Chocolate Ice Cream.
  6. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until thick, creamy, and fully blended.
  7. Pour into the chilled glass.
  8. Top with whipped cream and lightly dust with Cocoa Powder before serving.

Notes

Use a fully ripe avocado to avoid any bitterness and achieve a buttery texture.
