Celery Juice Cocktail

A light and refreshing celery-based juice with lemon and apple for better taste and smooth sipping.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 cups fresh celery chopped
  • 1 green apple cored and chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ inch fresh ginger peeled (optional)

Equipment

  • High-speed blender

Method
 

  1. Add cold water to the blender.
  2. Add chopped apple, ginger and celery
  3. Add on top using the blender jar.
  4. Secure lid and blend on high for 60 seconds until fully smooth.
  5. Stir in lemon juice using a spoon and serve fresh.

Notes

  • For less strong celery flavor, add half more apple.
  • For extra chill, blend with a few ice cubes.
  • Use a tamper if celery strings wrap around the blade.
  • Best enjoyed fresh within 15 minutes.
