- Add milk, cocoa powder, chocolate syrup, sugar and smoked salt to a saucepan and heat on low, stirring with a spatula until fully mixed.
- Brew espresso or strong coffee using a coffee maker.
- Froth the hot chocolate milk using a frother or blender for 15 seconds.
- Add marshmallow syrup to a mug.
- Pour in hot coffee, then add the frothed chocolate milk. Stir gently with a spoon.
Notes
- Use smoked salt lightly. Too much kills the flavor.
- Oat milk adds natural sweetness and extra creaminess.
- No smoked salt? Skip it and add extra marshmallow syrup.
- Best served hot for full campfire vibes.
