Method
- Chill a rocks glass with a large ice cube for 3 minutes.
- Combine mezcal, orange liqueur, lime juice, and agave syrup in a shaker tin.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the tin frosts over.
- Strain over the large ice cube in the rocks glass.
- Garnish with a thin lime wheel or expressed lime peel on the rim.
