Method
- Wash and chop fruits if using fresh fruit, using a knife and cutting board.
- Add liquid base (almond milk), then banana and mixed berries into the blender.
- Add yogurt, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon and ice if using.
- Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until smooth using a blender and tamper if needed.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Adjust liquid for desired thickness.
- Add protein powder for extra protein.
- Use frozen fruits for a naturally chilled smoothie.
