Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 banana frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt optional for creaminess
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter optional
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional
  • 1 cup ice optional, for thicker smoothie

Equipment

  • Ninja Blender

Method
 

  1. Wash and chop fruits if using fresh fruit, using a knife and cutting board.
  2. Add liquid base (almond milk), then banana and mixed berries into the blender.
  3. Add yogurt, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon and ice if using.
  4. Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until smooth using a blender and tamper if needed.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust liquid for desired thickness.
  • Add protein powder for extra protein.
  • Use frozen fruits for a naturally chilled smoothie.
