Method
- Add almond milk to the blender first.
- Add oats, yogurt, banana, blueberries, cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup.
- Add protein powder last if using.
- Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth. Use a tamper if the mixture is too thick.
- Stop the blender, scrape sides with a spatula if needed, blend again for 10 seconds.
- Pour and enjoy.
Notes
- Want it thicker? Add more frozen blueberries or a few ice cubes.
- Want it sweeter? Add an extra teaspoon of maple.
- For a smoother oat texture, soak oats in milk for 5 minutes before blending.
- Add a splash more milk if blender gets stuck.
