Add yogurt with a measuring cup.
Add frozen mixed berries. Add frozen banana.
Add honey and vanilla with measuring spoons.
Blend on high for 30 to 40 seconds until the mix looks thick and smooth.
Stop the blender and check texture with a spoon. It should be thick enough to hold toppings. If too thin, add more frozen berries and blend again.
Scoop the smoothie into a bowl using a spoon.
Add toppings like fresh berries, sliced banana, granola, chia seeds or coconut flakes.
