Method
- Wash, peel and chop beets and carrots using a knife and cutting board.
- Add beets, carrots, apple, ginger, lemon juice and water into the blender or juicer jar.
- Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth. Use a tamper if needed.
- Pour juice through a fine mesh strainer using a spatula for smoother texture, if desired.
- Serve immediately, chilled or with ice.
Notes
- Add more water for a thinner consistency.
- Skip apple for lower sugar content.
- Ginger adds a spicy kick and extra antioxidants.
