Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz Baileys Non-Alcoholic Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Freshly Brewed Espresso cooled slightly
  • 1 oz Non-Alcoholic Coffee Liqueur Alternative
  • 0.5 oz Non-Alcoholic Vodka Alternative
  • 0.25 oz Simple Syrup 1:1 ratio

  • Jigger
  • Hawthorne Strainer
  • Fine mesh strainer

Method
 

  1. Chill a coupe glass in the freezer until well cold.
  2. Combine non-alcoholic Irish cream, espresso, coffee liqueur alternative, vodka alternative and simple syrup in a shaker tin.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake hard for 12–15 seconds until the tin frosts and a thick foam forms.
  5. Double strain into the chilled coupe to achieve a smooth, crema-like top.
  6. Finish with a light dusting of cocoa powder across the foam.

Notes

  • Use freshly brewed espresso not instant to create a natural foam that mimics a true flat white texture.
