Method
- Chill a coupe glass in the freezer until well cold.
- Combine non-alcoholic Irish cream, espresso, coffee liqueur alternative, vodka alternative and simple syrup in a shaker tin.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 12–15 seconds until the tin frosts and a thick foam forms.
- Double strain into the chilled coupe to achieve a smooth, crema-like top.
- Finish with a light dusting of cocoa powder across the foam.
Notes
- Use freshly brewed espresso not instant to create a natural foam that mimics a true flat white texture.
