- Chill a coupe glass in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- Combine gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, demerara syrup, and orange blossom water in a shaker tin.
- Fill the shaker halfway with ice and shake vigorously until the outside frosts over.
- Double strain into the chilled coupe to remove small ice shards.
- Garnish with a delicate edible flower floated on top, releasing a gentle floral aroma.
