Method
 

  1. Add filtered water and sliced ginger to a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat.
  3. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until the water turns light golden and aromatic.
  4. Strain the tea into a mug.
  5. Stir in raw honey while the tea is hot until fully dissolved.

Notes

Add honey after boiling so its flavor stays clean and balanced.
