Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Brewed espresso
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Ube halaya
  • 1/4 Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Equipment

  • Coffee maker
  • Saucepan
  • Measuring cups

Method
 

  1. Add milk, ube halaya, vanilla extract and sugar to a blender and blend for 15 seconds until fully smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat on low until warm, stirring with a spatula.
  3. Brew espresso or strong coffee using a coffee maker.
  4. Pour hot coffee into a mug.
  5. Slowly add the warm ube milk and stir gently with a spoon.

Notes

  • Blend ube with milk first to avoid grainy texture.
  • Oat milk enhances the natural sweetness of ube.
  • For a lighter coffee taste, use less espresso.
  • Serve hot or iced.
