- In a small mixing bowl, combine hoisin sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook egg noodles until just al dente, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking and prevent sticking.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok over high heat until shimmering. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 20-30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add drained noodles to the wok and toss quickly, coating them evenly with oil and garlic.
