Coconut Lime Cooler

Coconut Lime Cooler

There is something about coconut and lime together that feels calm but grown-up at the same time. This Coconut Lime Cooler is light, cooling and made for moments when you want a special drink without alcohol. It works for summer afternoons, family gatherings, baby showers or any time you want everyone at the table to feel included. The gentle creaminess balances the sharp citrus, and the bubbles give it that lively, cocktail-like feel. It tastes clean, not sugary and feels refreshing even in hot weather. This is the kind of drink you sip slowly, not rush and it still feels festive in a nice glass.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Chilled Coconut Water
  • 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz Coconut Cream well shaken
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3 oz Club Soda chilled
  • Ice cubes fresh and clear
  • Lime wheel for garnish

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Citrus juicer
  • Bar spoon

Method

  1. Chill a highball glass with ice and set it aside.
  2. Add coconut water, lime juice, coconut cream, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake firmly for about 10 seconds until the mixture looks lightly frothy.
  4. Discard the ice from the chilled glass and fill it with fresh ice.
  5. Strain the shaken mixture over the ice.
  6. Top slowly with club soda until the liquid rises near the rim and you hear a soft fizz.
  7. Give one gentle stir to combine without killing the bubbles.
  8. Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim.

Notes

  • Shake the coconut cream hard with citrus to create a light foam. This texture replaces the body and bite that alcohol usually gives.
  • Serve in a highball glass over ice to showcase its refreshing citrus-coconut balance and lively bubbles.
