Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ripe tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber chopped
  • 1/4 cup carrot chopped
  • 1 celery stalk chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Fine mesh strainer (optional)

Method
 

  1. Wash all vegetables and chop them using a knife and cutting board.
  2. Add tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, celery, lemon juice, salt and water into the blender jar.
  3. Blend on high for about 60 seconds until completely smooth using a blender.
  4. Pour directly into a glass or strain through a fine mesh strainer using a spatula for a smoother juice.
  5. Serve fresh and chilled.

Notes

  • Add more water if the juice feels too thick.
  • Use low-sodium salt or skip salt for a detox-style version.
  • Blend longer if your blender is not high-powered.
