  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 8 oz Kraft sharp cheddar shredded
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

Method
 

  1. Thaw spinach. Squeeze dry hands over sink hard. Dice onion knife. Mince garlic. Shred cheddar box grater.​
