  • 1 lb haricots verts trimmed
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Snap stem ends off haricots verts using hands.
