Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup cold water

  • Fine mesh strainer (optional)

Method
 

  1. Wash, peel and chop all ingredients using a knife and cutting board.
  2. Add carrots, pineapple, orange, ginger (if using), and water into the blender or juicer jar.
  3. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth, using a tamper if needed.
  4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer with a spatula for smoother juice, if desired.
  5. Serve immediately, chilled or with ice.

Notes

  • Add more water for thinner juice.
  • Skip ginger for milder flavor.
  • Mint leaves or lemon juice can enhance freshness.
